Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking Confirmation

 

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed through the booking system.

 

 

Customer Cancellations

 

Customers may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled session and receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.

 

 

Rescheduling

 

If you cannot attend your session, you may request to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the start time, subject to availability.

 

 

Weather Conditions

 

Beekeeping experiences depend on safe weather conditions.

 

If weather conditions make it unsafe to open the hive, the session may be rescheduled to another available date.

 

 

No-Shows

 

If participants do not attend their booked session without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and refunds will not be issued.

 

 

Safety & Bee Welfare

 

Sessions may be postponed or modified if necessary to ensure the safety of participants and the wellbeing of the bees.
