Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made for Inside the Beehive – A Family Experience by Beaulieu Bees.

 

By booking a session, participants agree to follow all safety instructions and guidance provided during the experience.

Participation

 

This experience is designed for one parent and one child aged 5–11.

Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Participants must follow all instructions provided by the beekeeper or guide.

Health & Safety

 

Participants must inform the organiser of any known bee allergies before attending.

Although protective suits and safety procedures are provided, participants understand that bees are live animals and there is a small risk of stings.

Protective clothing will be provided, and participants must wear it as instructed.

Behaviour

 

The organiser reserves the right to stop the experience if participants behave in a way that may risk the safety of themselves, others, or the bees.

Weather Conditions

 

In the event of unsuitable weather conditions or circumstances that make opening the hive unsafe, the session may be rescheduled to another available date.

Liability

 

Participants take part in the experience voluntarily and agree to follow all safety instructions provided.

The organiser cannot accept responsibility for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidance.

Changes to the Experience

 

The organiser reserves the right to adjust the structure of the session if necessary for safety, weather, or bee welfare.
